ClinicInsightOS started with a conversation, not a market study. My sister spent over a decade working the front desk of dental practices, and the frustration she described (good patients quietly slipping away, calls going unanswered during a rush, open chairs that never got filled) was the same problem, office after office. It seemed absurd that practices were leaving that much revenue on the table simply because no one had time to chase it down.
Before ClinicInsightOS, I spent my career at Amazon, Humana, and Eurofins, and I hold a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins, where I'm also completing an AI/process-optimization certificate. I left Eurofins to build this full-time, because the fix isn't more software for the front desk to manage. It's automation that works quietly in the background and hands them back the revenue they already earned.
